Degree in Law and PhD in Pedagogy. He currently works as a researcher at the Institute of Government and Public Policy (IGOP) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is advisor to the Government of Andorra and member of the Advisory Council of Integrated Social and Health Care (AISS) of the Generalitat de Catalunya and LabDINCAT and president of the Social and Participation Council of the Guttmann Institute.
