Cristina has over 24 years of experience in the financial sector (banking and insurance) leading high performance multidisciplinary teams to analytically transform the decision process, with special focus on the definition and implementation of business strategies.

He studied Business Administration in Barcelona and obtained a PhD in Economics at the University of Chicago. He started in the banking sector where he began to apply data analytics to transform the commercial process and enrich the commercial strategy decision process. Seven years ago she joined Vidacaixa, where she led different directions until 2020 when she created the Data Analytics Directorate to transform the Value Chain of the Insurance process and increase the Data Driven approach of the entire firm. Since 2022 she is Business and Analytics Director and member of Vidacaixa’s Management Committee. Her responsibilities are oriented to product development, commercial strategy, digital transformation and advanced analytics.
