Since the seventies, through his French family, he has been linked to the world of health. His ancestor Jean-Michel Ottavi was co-founder, with Pierre Cointreau, of the first residences built in France for widows of the Second World War.

Subsequently, he experienced the Les Hespérides formula on the front line, which, with 45 residences and 3,150 accommodations in France, is the highest quality predecessor of Les Jardins d’Arcadie, Las Arcadias in Spain.

10 years ago, as delegate Jorge Güarner, signed a letter of intent with SarQuavitae to develop a Senior Wellness project that has been enriched with the collaboration of sociologists, historians, architects, landscapers and experts in Smart-cities.
