An advertising professional by profession, since his retirement he has been collaborating with the Federació d’Associacions de Gent Gran de Catalunya (FATEC) and has held its presidency since 2016. He is also part of the Advisory Council of the Elderly of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council, member of the Council State for the Elderly and for two years vice president of CEOMA.
