Josep Muñoz Luque was born in 1965 and has a Diploma in Social Work from Universitat de Barcelona (UB), a Degree in Sociology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and a Diploma in Advanced Political and Social Science Studies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). Since 2008 he has been the Managing Director of Social Services of the Provincial Council of Barcelona, and was previously responsible for planning and evaluation and a technical advisor in the same area. He also works as a lecturer on the Public Policies Master’s Degree programme at BSM-UPF and is a member of the CIMTI (Centre for the Integration of Medicine and New Technologies) evaluation community.
