Luis de Ulíbarri holds a degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Sciences from the University of Valladolid.

He began his professional career as a tax advisor at Garrigues and after 14 years of professional practice he founded the firm DLAU & LITONS, a multidisciplinary firm with presence in Madrid and Marbella. In 2017 he set up the Socimi ALMAGRO CAPITAL (today “INVERSA PRIME SOCIMI”) and its management entity (ALMAGRO CAPITAL GESTIÓN). Since then he has been an active investor in various projects of the so-called Silver Economy, especially everything related to the release of real estate savings (monetization or asset liquefaction). He also collaborates with various non-profit organizations and is a trustee of the Edad y Vida Foundation.
