Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Vic, Master in Nutrition and Metabolism from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Master in Occupational Risk Prevention from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), and PhD in Nutrition and Metabolism from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV). She currently combines the presidency of the Col-legi de Dietistes-Nutricionistes de Catalunya (CoDiNuCat) with the development of her profession, specializing in the areas of safety and hygiene, as well as teaching at the UOC and the URV.
