He is a consultant on matters related to health care management systems, formulation of health policies and redesign of public health services, and in particular, Primary Care and Digital Health. Since 2019 he has taken part in R&D projects of the European Commission with the European Health Telematics Association (EHTEL). From 2016 to 2019 he occupied the position of Technical Officer at the Primary Care Centre of the World Health Organization HO in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and before that he performed different technical and management functions at Fundació TicSalut, CASAP and the Catalan Health Institute.
